The Beauties of the North carries you through time as it brings forward the built heritage of the old Sherbrooke and its rich architecture.

The audio recordings transport you in 1931 as Mrs. Gaston Bourque looks for a new house in Sherbrooke for her husband and herself. Guided by her husband’s assistant, Mr. Wilfrid Martin, she sets out to discover about fifteen buildings and homes in the old North Ward. Our two characters are fictional, but they journey through an accurate historical universe.
